VAT 69/UTK (69th Commando Battalion/Unit Tindakan Khas)(VAT-Very Able Trooper) is the special forces of the Royal Malaysian Police based with the Northern Brigade, Ulu Kinta, Perak. This unit is under the direct order of Northern Brigade Commander and responsible to the Internal Security/Civil Security (KDN/KA) Director.

Unit Tindakan Khas (UTK) or Special Action Unit is a secondary special forces of the RMP after VAT 69. This unit does the SWAT duties and the unit's men also do undercover missions and as well as close protection roles.

Embroidery
All embroidery work is done in-house.
Cut out your artwork and place it over the grid- Count the number of boxes it fills, then find that number in the chart- If your design goes outside the grid, estimate the extra grid space you need and add it to your original total.Other Points to Remember when Estimating a Stitch Count- 1 solid square inch of embroidery equals approximately 2,000 stitches.- 1 solid square 1/4 inch of embroidery will equal about 125 stitches.- No letter should be smaller than 3/16" each letter 1/4" in height equals about 100 stitches.- Drop shadows in your logo will translate to 200 extra stitches per inch.- Straight lines under logos typically require 200 extra stitches per inch.- Fabrics, colors, and artwork detail will affect the amount of stitches.It is important to remember that these stitch-count tips, and the stitch-count grid, provide estimates only. They are a good starting point to arrive at a ballpark count, but the precise figure can only be determined when the actual embroidery of your design is performed.

An annual event for charity which began in 2000. Modelled after the Carey Wall Street Rat Race, the Kuala Lumpur Rat Race® is a platform for Corporate Malaysia to come together to help the needy in a novel way. The Race is the one day in the year that top executives and office workers forget about the rat race they run in daily, and join a rat race of a different kind. It also gives these workers a good excuse to leave the office early after a hard day's work.
Over the past eight years, the Race has received tremendous support from local and foreign companies operating in Malaysia. Enthusiasm runs high as teams as well as CEOs, spurred on by cheerleaders, prepare to hit the streets of Kuala Lumpur for a good cause.
The Race covers 4.5km through the commercial heart of Kuala Lumpur, starting and finishing at the grounds of Bursa Malaysia. A 1km race for CEOs is also held simultaneously on that day.
Participants will run in their office attire and some may even carry other ‘executive' paraphernalia such as mobile phones, PDAs, briefcases and laptops to vie for the ‘Best Dressed' award. Some participants also come in costumes unique to their company or nature of business.

A person who creates a design is known as an "embroidery digitizer" or "puncher". The digitizer, or puncher, users digitizing software such as Wilcom ES to create their embroidery design.

As a digitizer it is critical to maintain and keep the original digitized design file. Converting the design to a stitch file such as DST, PES and DSB will lose many of the valuable information, and make editing and changing the design very difficult or impossible.

Commercial embroidery machines can be purchased as 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 15, and 18 head machines.

Here are some ways to help estimate the stitch count for your image (but until it is digitized, this is just an estimate):
1 solid square inch of embroidery equals approximately 2,000 stitches.
