The park is open all year round from 8am to 10pm. The cold pool is open from 8am to 7pm.
About 1½ hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. Motorists from the north or south travelling on the PLUS Highway will have to exit at the Sungkai toll plaza. From there, it is another 20 mins drive to the Hot Springs Park. There are many signages to assist drivers. The Trolak Country Resort is less than 30 minutes drive from the park via the old road to Slim River and Tanjung Malim.

The Sungai Klah Hot Springs, set amidst the lush greenery at the foothills of the Titiwangsa Range, is where many come to seek cure for skin disorders, rheumatism, arthritis, insomnia, respiratory troubles, blood circulation, fractures and other ailments.
The hot springs park here is one of the best planned in the country in terms of amenities. Mineral-rich hot springs can be found throughout the area, both developed and undeveloped.
